Steeped in Heritage and History

Stoneacre was commissioned in the early 1900s by artist Frederick Garrison Hall as a wedding gift for his wife, Evelyn Ames Hall.

Following more than eight years of construction, the estate was completed in 1920 by famed North Shore builder J.T. Wilson and Boston architects Bellows and Aldrich.

Appetite for Architecture

Luxurious design meets ultimate function in the spacious chef’s kitchen. With a variety of well-equipped cooking stations, the space is fit for accommodating both intimate dinners and grand celebrations.

A Foundation for Memories

Throughout the house are original carvings by Frederick Garrison Hall and others collected on his travels abroad. From the graceful arched loggias dotting the courtyard to the intricate details adorning the library and foyer staircase, Stoneacre possesses a distinctive elegance that few homes can convey.

Modern Comforts. Historic Delights.

With ocean views at every turn, Stoneacre makes enjoying the natural surroundings second nature for its fortunate residents.
